Who is Miss Molly?
Since early childhood, music has interwoven itself throughout the threads of Molly's life. Growing up as the daughter of educators, a music professor and a home economics teacher, her youth was saturated with church choirs, school and regional ensembles, musical theater, and an all-around love for the visual and performing arts. While pursuing her BA in photojournalism at RIT, she was privileged to also study voice at Eastman School of Music's CED. Her photography and editing vocation in newspapers shifted in 2001 as she happily became a stay-at-home mom. Participation in Kindermusik classes with her children rekindled her passion for music, inspiring her to become an educator herself when her second child was in Kindergarten. She's delighted to share her contagious sense of fun, love of child development, and the magic of music.
